This is a project that I completed for a machine shop class that I took during winter quarter of 2016. We used various machines including a mill, lathe, vertical and horizontal band saw, and drill press to manufacture a small motor that is powered by compressed air. We analyzed drawings of each part and used them as instructions for how to machine each piece. I currently work in the machine shop and will answer questions for students who are working on this project.
